Our Client, a Government-linked telecommunications provider, requested for a fault tolerant terminal service for emergency response call takers. The system must be able to handle high-resolution graphic applications, is responsive with low latency, has a secure terminal for different agencies that provides emergency services to the public while ensuring that data centre failures do not impact systems availability to the call takers.


We deployed VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for the emergency call system and designed it to conform to its requirements. We also integrated the VDI with IBM, ORACLE, MICROSOFT and HP components to optimize the system's operations on multiple systems and hardware.
