Job Description:
We are looking for an Intermediate SI Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling servers, storage, network, and switches. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of virtualization infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, and Kubernetes. Minimal experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS or an equivalent cloud provider, is also required.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain server, storage, network, and switches infrastructure.
-Build and maintain virtualization infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, and Kubernetes clusters.
-Help to Deploy, manage, and monitor application using cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS or an equivalent cloud provider.
-Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide solutions.
-Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages where possible.
Qualification:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling servers, storage, network, and switches.
-Knowledge of virtualization infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, and Kubernetes(optional).
-Experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS or an equivalent cloud provider.
-Experience in big data platforms, preferably Cloudera platform or MapR or any equivalent big data technology stack.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
